Who We Are
KnobDeco.com has been an online retailer specializing in decorative hardware including cabinet hardware, bath accessories, door hardware and home accents for both residential and commercial applications since 1993. We carry more than 60 different brands from 50+ manufacturers and distributors, allowing you to shop and compare products from the finest manufacturers in the home hardware industry.
We strive to make every transaction a great customer experience. We do everything we can to ensure the accuracy of the information, prices and images of the items we sell but are not responsible for misprints, out-of-date information, out-of-stock items or errors. If you notice an error on our website, let us know and we will fix it immediately.

Availability of Products
As a third-party drop-shipper we do not maintain any inventory ourselves. We receive regular inventory feeds from most of our manufacturers and distributors and the ordering status on the website reflects the best information we have on availability.
If you are looking for a large quantity of an item we highly recommend you contact Customer Service and we will confirm the quantity in stock with the manufacturer before you place the order.
Manufacturers try to maintain all active products in stock at all times, but this is not always possible and sometimes there is a lag in notifying us of out-of-stock items. Likewise the item(s) may be in stock but not in the quantity the customer needs.
If we receive notice that an item is on back order, we will contact that customer, provide an estimated time when the item will be back in stock and it will be the customer's choice to:
Cancel the order.
Ship the item(s) when it is back in stock.
Make a partial shipment of the items( in) stock and a second shipment when the remainder of the item(s) arrive back in stock. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Hold the partial shipment until all item(s) are in stock and make one shipment.
We want you to be satisfied with your hardware purchase.
We realize that choosing the right product is often difficult without the benefit of seeing the actual finish in the setting where it will be used. In an effort to assist customers in this endeavor we have implemented the following Samples Policy:
Up to 3 different items (a quantity of 1 per each item) may be ordered from any of our manufacturers. Simply place the order as normal and contact us at customer service to indicate this is a sample order.
Once you receive the samples please inspect them, install them if you desire and make sure you are happy with your selection.
On any subsequent order of over $100.00 (excluding taxes and shipping) for that item you will be credited with the cost of the sample. Shipping costs will not be credited.
Subsequent orders must be placed within 30 days of delivery of the sample order.
Samples are limited to items with a sale price of less than $15.00. The Sample Policy applies only to cabinet hardware and does not include bath accessories, door hardware, home accents or other products carried by KnobDeco.com unless prior arrangements are made with the manufacturer through our customer service department.
Sample orders are non-returnable.
Only one sample order per household unless other arrangements are made through our customer service department.

All orders for products that are in stock (not custom made to order) may be canceled prior to processing for shipment by the manufacturer at no charge. Cancellation requests after orders have been processed for shipment will be subject to the Knob Deco Exchange or Returns Policy (see Return/Exchange Policy).
Custom Made to Order Items
Generally speaking custom made items are identified as such on our product pages. Brands that offer custom made items subject to this policy include Forms+Surfaces, Anne at Home, Myterra, Notting Hill, QualArc and Edgar Berabi. Orders from these manufacturers may be canceled within 2 business days after order placement at no charge. Once production commences orders may not be canceled. Custom-made items are also not returnable.
All warranties or guarantees are limited to those offered by the manufacturer of the product. Please contact us to obtain specific warranty information and policies for individual manufacutrers.
All product information on our website is provided by the manufacturer. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy and completeness of that information we but we are not responsible for any mis-prints, errors, out-of-date information, pricing errors, out-of-stock items, specification drawings or other factors beyond our control.
Do not prepare and/or drill installation holes for cabinet hardware or other products before receiving the products and measuring the individual hardware pieces for exact dimensions. Rely on the measurements of each individual piece and not on the dimensions or sizes provided by manufacturers, the Knob Deco website or written or verbal communication. If in doubt, please contact us as we may be able to get more specific, detailed drawings or specifications for the products you are interested in.
The dimensions we show on our website are provided by the manufacturer and different manufacturers will reference the same dimension differently. For example one manufacturer may refer to the longest measurement as “height” while another will call the same measurement “length”. Likewise some manufacturers of items like cabinet pulls and towel bars will include the overall length when naming their products while others will give the center-to-center length. We have tried to standardize the product names we use to include the center-to-center (cc) measurement for your convenience. If there is any confusion about dimensions or measurements please contact us at Customer Service and we will get clarification. In addition almost all manufacturers have specification drawings for their products, which we can provide through our customer service support center.
