Shipping policy

General Terms & Conditions


  • Shipping times do not include processing and handling times for each individual manufacturer. Please refer to the product page for the items you are purchasing for each manufacturer’s processing & handling time estimate.

  • Shipping address must be a physical address, not a Post Office Box.

  • Knobdeco.com does not ship to destinations outside the United States.

  • Once your order has shipped you should receive an e-mail from Knobdeco.com with the name of the carrier and tracking number for your package. You can log onto the carrier’s website to check the status of the shipment using the tracking number.

  • If you encounter any problems or need help, please contact Customer Service at 888-566-2748 during regular business hours.



Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: KnobDeco offers free standard shipping on orders over $39.99 and standard shipping for $12.95 on all orders under that amount. There are some exceptions.

  • Offer does not apply to orders that ship motor freight. 

  • Alaska and Hawaii: KnobDeco offers standard a shipping rate of $29.95 to these destinations.

  • Offer does not apply to expedited shipping.

  • Currently KnobDeco does not ship to destinations outside the United States.

Standard shipping

Unless otherwise selected during checkout, all items are shipped standard ground transportation, subject to the carrier's regulations and the following guidelines:

  • Please refer to the information on the individual product pages of the website for approximate processing and shipping times as provided by the manufacturer, 

  • Once an order has shipped, you will receive a tracking order number through an automated e-mail link from Knob Deco. You may also log into your account to access tracking information.

  • All packages are shipped via UPS, FedEx Ground or USPS.

  • Delivery generally takes 2 - 5 business days to most addresses within the Continental U.S. We will try to assist in tracking packages, but it is generally quicker to use the tracking number and go through the carrier,  Tracking information can also be obtained by logging into your customer account.

  • Products can not be shipped to Post Office Boxes. We must have a street address.

  • Items shipped via ground freight (larger items on pallets such as vanities, bulk items, etc) are not subject to these guidelines and customers should contact customer service for specific shipping information. And estimated shipping costs will be added during the check-out process.

Expedited shipping

Expedited flat-rate shipping is available. Generally speaking expedited orders placed after about 1:00pm in the time zone where the manufacturer is located will not ship the same day.

Prices and options are chosen during the check-out process. Generally, shipping time refers to business days and does not count weekends. For example, a next-day air (overnight) order placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
